For directions about how to use Scientific Viewer to open and
access files over the web, please follow these steps very carefully:
1.
Note that a .tex file can only be viewed with Scientific Viewer
or Notebook or other TEX capable
software. But it definitely can not be viewed with an HTML browser
like I Explorer or Netscape. So please never attempt to left click on these
kinds of files while in an HTML browser.
2.
While in the regular HTML browser, right click your mouse on the
link, choose Copy Link Location or Copy Shortcut.
3.
Open Scientific Viewer or Scientific Notebook. Click on File and
on Open Location. Right click your mouse in the open location dialogue box and
paste. Click on Open.
