Frequently asked questions

What hardware and software do I need?

To successfully complete an online program, you need your own computer with internet access. Shared computers, such as ones in the library, will not allow you to upload and download material.

Where can I go for online support?

Will I be required to come to campus for tests?

Not necessarily. In some online classes, faculty may require proctored examinations. These can be taken at a TCC campus testing center; another college or university testing center or library; or a military installation.
