Rosemont Road "Adopt-A-Highway" Project
TCC Engineering students have been cleaning up a mile-long stretch of Rosemont Road near the Virginia Beach Campus once each semester since 1994.

MathCOUNTS is a national math competition for 7th and 8th grade students.
TCC Engineering students have been volunteering to serve as proctors and graders for MathCOUNTS since 1995.

FutureCity is a competition where teams of students design and build cities based on the computer game SIMCITY.
TCC Engineering students have volunteered to help run the competition.

CANstruction is a national design and build competition where engineering firms and student groups build structures out of canned and pre-packaged foods.  The structures are prominently displayed in local malls or museums for several weeks and then are deCANstructed so that the food can be donated to the local food bank.
