The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program is designed for those who wish to enter employment as physical therapist assistants working under the supervision of a physical therapist.
Enjoy a fulfilling career by providing care to individuals of all ages. Teach a patient to walk again following a surgery. Assist a child with adaptive equipment in school. Help a worker return to his/her job following an injury.
Work in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, outpatient clinics, sports medicine clinics, private practice, fitness and wellness centers, and school systems.
