(to be completed in coordination with Portsmouth Public Schools)

One of the first steps in the process, for any interested high school student, is the VPT-Virginia Placement Test which determines eligibility for the Dual Enrollment program.  A Portsmouth Public Schools student should speak with his or her high school guidance counselor to arrange to take the placement test.
