Classes in English as a Second Language (ESL) are offered on the Virginia Beach Campus. Students can choose from a wide selection of days and times to take classes in English as a Second Language.You are encouraged to carefully read through the information on this website to understand how to become an ESL student at TCC.

                       

First, you should look at the current Schedule of Classes to see the various days and times that classes are offered. As most of the ESL students at TCC also work, the first step is to decide when you would be able to attend classes AND complete the required homework assignments you will be given.

 

ESL students at TCC usually have a minimum of three to four hours of homework each week for each class they are taking. As students reach the higher levels, the amount of homework also increases. Please remember this when you are enrolling in ESL classes at TCC.
