Christmas Laser Light Show

and

"The Christmas Star"

 

 

The Christmas Laser Light Show is a laser light show accompanied by Christmas music.

 

"The Christmas Star" examines astronomical possibilites for the Star of Bethlehem.

Place:  Tidewater Community College Planetarium

             Virginia Beach Campus Science Building

The TCC Planetarium has a state of the art Digistar 5 Laser Projector housed in a 40 foot dome with 80 permanent seats. It produces an all-sky image.

 

Parking:

Park in the parking lot closest to the ATC. The science building is to your left as you face the ATC. Go through the sliding doors.               Campus map

 

 

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THESE PERFORMANCES:

Tickets will be handed out on-site to the first 88 people who come to each show.  Seating will begin 15 minutes pior to show time.  Each performance will include the laser light show and "The Christmas Star."

 

NOTES:

.

  • Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed in the planetarium.
  • No one will be admitted late, and if you leave during a show you can not be readmitted.
  • The theater is accessible to wheelchairs.
  • Must be at least 4 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
