Program Advisory Committees

Annual Report

It is the responsibility of the appropriate academic dean, working with the program head and the chair of the Program Advisory Committee, to prepare and submit an annual report to the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs by May 1. The report shall summarize the year’s activities, including attendance, recommendations, actions taken to address recommendations, and issues to be carried over to the next academic year.
