TCC THEATRE PRESENTS MOLIÈRE FARCE SCAPIN
Chesapeake Campus Studio performances, March 21-24, 27-30

HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (March 18, 2013) – TCC Theatre will present an adaptation of Molière’s farce comedy Scapin at the Chesapeake Campus Studio Theatre. Show dates are March 21-23 at 8 p.m.; March 24 at 2 p.m.; and March 27-30 at 8 p.m.

“This particular adaptation of Scapin, with some twists of our own, captures the spirit of a farce,” said Ed Jacob, director of TCC Theatre. “The main purpose is to create laughter and explore the silliness of human behavior. We have had fun putting this show together.”

The TCC production features 11 student actors, with Andrew Stuart playing the rogue, Scapin. TCC’s Matthew Gorris designed the set with student help.

Tickets are $8 for adults. Student and senior tickets are $5. Reserved tickets must be picked up at the box office 20 minutes before showtime or they will be resold. For reservations, please call 757-822-5219.
