CAREER ACTION PLAN To complete the career development process, proceed through the following steps:
STEP I: SELF ASSESSMENT
- Complete a Self Assessment to determine what careers you are best suited for. Select 4-5 careers to research.

- Clarify your career values and use this checklist during your career research to select careers that most closely match the items you feel are important to have in your vocational life.
STEP II: CAREER EXPLORATION
- Explore and gather information about the suggested careers and compare the information on your Career Values checklist. Select the careers that most closely match your career values.

STEP IV: JOB SEARCHING
- Begin the job search process.
