Chipotle Mexican Grill is rapidly growing and is in need of great people to add to their team!  Many restaurant companies hire "professional" managers to run their restaurants and almost never look to their crews for new leaders. But at Chipotle, most of our general managers were promoted from our crews and because our company is growing, there's plenty of opportunity. For detailed information on the hiring practices and employment opportunities with Chipotle, visit: www.chipotle.com/en-US/careers/get_rolling/get_rolling.asp
