From Interstate 64 take 264 heading to Virginia Beach. Follow Interstate 264 to the Birdneck Road exit. Follow Birdneck Road across Virginia Beach Blvd. to General Booth Blvd. At General Booth Blvd. take a right and follow General Booth Blvd. to Dam Neck Road. You will take a left turn at the light, onto Dam Neck Road. Follow Dam Neck Road directly into the main gate. Go straight beyond the guardhouse through a traffic light and turn right on Regulus Ave. Pass the ball fields (on your right), next to the Bowling Center parking lot is a three-story brown building. This is Walker Hall (Bldg. 199) where all TCC classes are taught. SEE MAP

• TCC students who do not possess a Department of Defense identification card and vehicle decal must obtain a temporary base pass and vehicle access pass from the Oceana Base Pass Office.
• To verify that you are registered for an on-base class at either Oceana or Dam Neck, the TCC Base Representative sends a class roster to the Oceana Base Pass Office the morning of the term start date.
•  Students must pick up their temporary base pass from the Oceana Pass Office during regular business hours (Monday through Friday).
• Students will be required to show their driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance to obtain their temporary base pass.
• The NAS Oceana Base Pass Office is located just inside the main gate off Oceana Blvd. Call 433-2816 to verify customer service hours.
•  Students who register for classes after the term start date must contact the TCC Base Representative to obtain a letter of enrollment. For questions about base access instructions call the TCC NAS Office at (757) 491-4385.
