Thirty days prior to class start dates, open seats are relinquished to the Training Support Center Norfolk, for assignment to local commands.

All classes are closed enrollment. Students must obtain quotas from their Rating Assignment Detailer or from Hampton Roads Quota control at 757-445-7371 or TSCHRQUOTAS@NAVY.MIL

Professional Military Education and Training Program courses are taught at Naval Station Norfolk, as follows:

• Center for Service Support and Center for Surface Operations courses are taught at Naval Station Norfolk, Building N-30, Training Support Center.

• Center for Naval Engineering courses are taught at Naval Station Norfolk, Building O026, Naval Engineering School.

• Naval Culinary School Courses - Galley Watch Captain and Flag Mess are taught at the Norfolk Naval Station Training Galley in Building I-AA.

Base Access/Passes:

This program is limited to U.S. Navy personnel.
