Link Policy
"Learningware
materials are developed by VCCS faculty who receive a grant to support
the development. Under those conditions, the materials are available for
use by faculty in the VCCS. When the materials are used, links to the
materials should be created and credit should be given to the creator(s).
Copies of the materials should not be made with out permission of the
creator. The idea behind Learningware Grants is to provide a bank of resources
for faculty to use in their courses. Learningware materials are created
under "work for hire" conditions so that they can be used by
faculty across the VCCS. However, credit should be given to the originator
of the materials as they are the ones who create and maintain the materials
for others."
