From the Chair...

As your Faculty Senate Chair, I look forward to an exciting and busy year with lots of important changes and initiatives. I encourage all faculty members to get involved and participate in the governance of Tidewater Community College. Such faculty participation promotes collegiality, a diversity of ideas, and a culture of shared responsibility. Feel free to attend Faculty Senate meetings and to voice your concerns. Also, this website is here to provide you with a wealth of information including the Constitution and Bylaws of the Faculty Senate, minutes and agendas from old meetings, policies and procedures, and links to a variety of other resources.
