The Thomas Moss Scholars Fund was first established in 2000 as a cash award to recognize the accomplishments of those students whose academic achievement and leadership have reached the highest levels. The student must be enrolled full-time at the Norfolk Campus of Tidewater Community College. The Norfolk Faculty Senate has responsibility for sustaining the scholars fund and the Thomas Moss Golf Tournament this April is our principal fundraiser. All proceeds from the tournament go directly to the Thomas Moss Scholars Fund.
