TCC Governance: Student Success Committee
Purpose
To review and recommend policy designed to help students achieve
success during their college experience. To make recommendations on admissions,
records, registration, financial aid, and recruitment policies. To consider
matters of student life which relate to conduct, student development, student
organizations, student government, orientation, intramural athletics and other
student activities. Reports through the
Vice President for Student Success and Enrollment Management.
The Charge
- Review the Student Success Committee End-of-Year Report for 2011-2012, to take note of past actions and accomplishments and to identify items that are unfinished business and recommended to be addressed in the current year.
- For 2011-2012: Research literature, identify best practices, and provide input into the development of an early registration policy at TCC.
- For 2012-2013: Research literature, identify best practices, and provide input into the development of a late registration policy at TCC.
