TCC ranked No. 4 for distance education by OnlineColleges.com

Tidewater Community College ranks fourth among 50 public and private institutions of higher education in the state of Virginia for its online programs, according to OnlineColleges.com.

All colleges and universities were measured on a variety of factors, including affordability, student services and the availability of online programs.

TCC ranks second in the state among two-year colleges.

OnlineColleges.com reviewed more than 2,800 accredited colleges and universities to build its “best of” listings, state by state. Rankings are based on data from the National Center for Educational Statistics.
