Associate of Science - Business Administration

TCC’s degree in business administration is designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to pursue a bachelor’s degree program in business administration. Typical majors include accounting, economics, information systems, international business, finance, management, marketing, and public administration.

Associate of Science - Specialization in Leadership

A flexible degree that prepares students for organizational leadership and management positions. Upon completion students should be able to: lead organizations ethically and with integrity; make business and/or organizational decisions based on established quantitative and qualitative methodologies; plan and execute programs and projects; analyze individual and group behavior and demonstrate strong oral, written and visual communication skills with variance by situation.

Career Studies Certificate - Organizational Leadership

The Career Studies Certificate in Organizational Leadership prepares students to strategically guide, lead, manage and motivate individuals in order to achieve the mission and goals of organizations.

First-time college students who meet GPA and other requirements may qualify for a 2-year transfer grant to apply toward tuition. Grants of $1,000 may be awarded for your junior and senior years.

Students in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) disciplines may be eligible for an additional $1,000 each year.
