Longwood is a 4-year university with over 100 majors, minors, and concentrations. We currently sit at around 4,000 undergraduate students. Longwood is a Division I school with 14 D1 teams that compete in the big south conference. We offer a wide variety of research and internship opportunities to all of our students, so that they get in-person and hands-on experience before entering the job market after graduation. Although we are widely known for our teaching program, Longwood has strong STEM and humanity programs with staff that are highly dedicated to ensuring the success of every student. Join us for an exciting Coding Competition hosted by the Business, Computer Science, and IT Pathways on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced coder, this event will feature challenges in a variety of coding languages, including Python and Java.
