Established in 1997, the Norfolk Campus is located in the heart of downtown Norfolk in the cultural, business and theater district – just blocks from the NEON District, Norfolk’s first official arts district. The campus includes the Jeanne and George Roper Performing Arts Center, formerly the historic Loews State Theater, as well as a student center and outdoor gathering space just off Granby Street.
