Step 3 – Login to Your Account
Log in to MyTCC to check for any holds on your account.
- Click the SIS icon
- Your holds list will be listed on the top center box. Click on Details to view additional information for the item.
- Dual Enrollment and Special Provisions Holds will be automatically removed before Summer/Fall registration opens.
- Follow the instructions shown on the screen to have the hold removed from your file. If you have questions, contact the department listed on the screen for more information.
- If you have trouble accessing your account, please contact us at 757.822.1111 or at info@tcc.edu.
- If you applied for dual enrollment over a year ago and never took a class, you may need to re-apply to TCC using your old SIS ID number. Contact outreach@tcc.edu if you are not sure if you need to re-apply or if you do not know your SIS ID number.
Step 4 – Complete a TCC Curriculum Change Request Form
Login to complete a curriculum change request for Summer (LEAP Students) or Fall term of the next academic year. If you need guidance choosing a curriculum, contact outreach@tcc.edu. A curriculum placement is required to receive a financial aid offer.
Step 5 – Determine College Readiness
If you are a high school graduate, complete the following questionnaire before attending an advising session. This questionnaire helps determine which English and math courses are you ready for. Click this Log in to complete the questionnaire.
If you have taken AP and IB exams, or courses at another college, and would like to have these credits reviewed for transfer to TCC, please also provide your unofficial transcript to your academic advisor for placement review.
