TCC’s Norfolk Campus helped fundamentally transform downtown Norfolk more than 20 years ago.

Tidewater Community College launched its textbook-free degree and hundreds of textbook-free courses (with zero cost for course materials) to ease the pain of soaring textbook costs for college students.
