Last summer, TCC kicked off its yearlong celebration of Shakespeare by preforming a series of plays called Shakes”year”. This series is leading up to our big, 25th anniversary of Shakespeare in the Grove and our production of The Tempest. The Shakes”year” celebration continues, with a ohmage to the old grove space and our production of Love’s Labor’s Lost. This is a condense, one-hour comic journey that includes 12 actors, limited props and staging and the natural light coming from the sun. The production will take place from May 20-22 from 7-8 PM, weather permitting, in the original grove location next to the TCC's parking garage on the Chesapeake Campus.
This is a free event and is open to the public and all ages. Bring your chair, bug spray and a picnic basket to enjoy the show. Parking available in the TCC's parking garage.
In addition, please join us June 22-26 from 8-10 PM for our 25th anniversary of The Tempest.
