Transfer Fair – Transfer Big and Small in Southwest Virginia

Southwest Virginia offers a premier destination for students interested in the transfer route, with numerous two-year and four-year institutions in the area focused on guiding such students on the journey to accomplishing their college goals. This panel showcases two four-year institutions at the opposite ends of the student enrollment or "size" spectrum, Bluefield College and Virginia Tech, and
the transfer experiences and services, similar and contrasting, students can expect to enjoy at each.

The panel will also highlight the strengths of the two-year colleges across the Commonwealth and in the region through a look at New River Community College's transfer services and partnerships with institutions like Bluefield College and Virginia Tech. Whether you're in the region already or looking to join us, a current college student or still in high school, this panel will help you become better acquainted with what you need to know about your transfer options, big and small, in Southwest Virginia.

Students should participate live so they can ask questions and interact with the college admission counselors. If students are unable to attend live, we still encourage them to register for the sessions they are interested in and recordings will be available here later.
