Please complete the online Enrollment Certification Request (ECR) form AFTER registering for WFS or MCP classes. Failure to submit ONE for each semester will delay the processing of your certification to the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA).
It is best to complete this form on NON INTERNET EXPLORER browser i.e. Firefox or Chrome
Check your TCC email account regularly after submitting this form

YOUR COURSE(S) WILL DROP IF:

1. Costs are not paid in full by the end of class.
2. You attempt to submit this form after 5 pm

3. You enter the wrong SIS number

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:

1. You will be billed and are responsible for costs that DO NOT fit your program

2. The DVA WILL NOT pay for ONLINE WFS or MCP courses

3. Previously passed courses are NOT covered by your benefits except in rare situations

Submit only ONE form per course.

Once you submit the ECR form, you DO NOT need to visit the CMVE MCP Office unless suggested by follow on emails.
