Presentation Proposal

Use this form to substitute a course taken at TCC or another regionally accredited college for a requirement in the program plan.
• The course being used as a substitution must meet the content and/or spirit of the required course in the student’s
program plan (or for petitions by reason of disability).
• An official transcript(s) showing successful completion (“C” or higher) of the course is required.
• Students seeking financial assistance for a TCC course substitution must have the substitution approved and processed prior to registering for the substitute course.
